問題の部分をグーグル先生に訳して貰いました。

If the Compony and the Supplier enter into a written agreement with respect to the identified part,

コンポジットとサプライヤが識別された部分に関して書面による同意書を締結する場合、

the terms and conditions of that agreement,

その契約の条件、

including any warranty rights and/or remedies provided as a part of the agreement,

契約書の一部として提供される保証の権利および/または救済措置を含む、

will be the sole and exclusive soure of the Supplier's liability and the Company's remedies for issues that arise regarding information the Supplier provides in this form.

サプライヤーの責任の唯一かつ独占的な部分であり、サプライヤーがこの形式で提供する情報に関して発生する問題についての当社の救済措置になります。

exclusiveが「排他的」と訳されていたのですが、グーグル先生は「独占的」と訳しています。

契約文書の英語に詳しい人に訳して貰うのが良いと思います。
